Privacy Policy

Your data, your way

Neném Rotina was built to log your baby's routine with as little friction as possible — and that includes how we handle data. By default, everything stays on your device. What's optional is truly optional. This page explains exactly what happens with each piece of information.

What stays only on your device

Feedings, sleep, diapers, pumping, growth, health, occurrences, baths, and activities — every entry you make in Neném Rotina is saved first to your phone's local storage. You don't need internet or an account to use the app day to day, and this data never leaves your device unless you turn on sync (next section).

Account and sync (optional)

If you want to access your records on more than one device, you can create an account with Google Sign-In or email/password (Firebase Authentication). In that case, your routine data also syncs to Cloud Firestore, the Google/Firebase database we use to securely back up your account in the cloud. Without signing in, none of this happens — the app runs 100% offline, the way it works by default.

How we understand app usage (analytics)

We use Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand, in aggregate, which screens and features are used most and where the app can improve — for example, how many people use the statistics screen or whether a flow is confusing. These events don't include your baby's data (name, feedings, sleep, weight, etc.) or any other personally identifiable information (PII): it's product usage, not your family's content.

Ads (AdMob)

Neném Rotina is free, and to stay that way, it shows ad banners through Google AdMob. To serve and measure those ads, AdMob may use your Android Advertising ID, provided by the system itself — it's not something we created or control. You can view, reset, or limit this identifier at any time in your Android privacy/ads settings, outside our app. AdMob is operated by Google, which has its own privacy policy for processing this data.

Your rights

Since routine data stays on your device by default, deleting the app already deletes that information. If you created an account and turned on sync, you can request deletion of your account and associated cloud data at any time — see how in How to delete your account. You can also ask us for clarification about any data we process about you.
