How to delete your account

The process to delete your data from Neném Rotina depends on how you use the app. This page covers both cases and what to do for each.

If you use the app without an account (local only)

There's no account to delete: your records live only on your device, and we don't keep any copy on our servers. Just uninstall Neném Rotina from your phone — that immediately removes all data.

If you created an account and turned on sync

There's no "delete account" button inside the app yet — deleting your account and cloud data is handled by email request. It's simple:

  1. Email suportemhbss@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion" (or similar).
  2. Include the email address registered on your Neném Rotina account, so we can identify you.
  3. Our team confirms the deletion within a few business days.

What gets deleted: your account data (name, email), all baby profiles and records synced to the cloud, and saved preferences. This action is irreversible — once confirmed, this data cannot be recovered.

What about data already on my device?

Deleting your cloud account doesn't automatically erase what's already saved locally on your phone. If you'd also like to remove that local copy, uninstall the app from your device.
